Julian is a freelance cinematographer, film-maker and video creator based out of Christchurch, New Zealand.
With more than a decade of industry experience under his belt, his portfolio of visual storytelling encompasses commercial work, narrative, documentary, television and music videos.
As well as owning a large selection of camera equipment (Sony FS7, Sony FX6, URSA Mini Pro, Blackmagic Pocket 6K) he’s experienced shooting on ARRI, RED, Sony Venice and 16mm film formats.
His work has been recognised by the New Zealand Cinematographers Society (NZCS) with multiple awards, including:
